Welcome to 'How To Shop'

The emphasis at ChocoLamour is to taylor your chocolate products to how you want them. This means you are free to choose the chocolates that go in the boxes, the colours of the ribbons, the text that is written on a chocolate bar or lollipop, and so on.

It is recommended that any particular requirements are emailed to us before the order is placed. We can then confirm to you or advise if there are difficulties and suggest alternatives.

Shopping Steps:

Step 1 - Selecting the Items

Browse the online shop to decide what size and shape box you would like.

Select a colour from the 'Ribbon Colour' drop down box. Simple ribbons are provided free of charge.

Select Yes or No to the 'Delux ribbons' drop down box. Delux ribbons ensure a luxurious, beautifully decorated box, with gems, jewells, butterflies and beads, just perfect for a special gift. There is an additional cost for this - £1.00 per box as detailed on product descriptions.

Select 'Buy Now'. You will be taken to the shopping cart, where you may change the quantity, remove the item, or continue shopping.

To add more items to the cart, select 'Continue Shopping' and repeat the process as needed.

Step 2 - At the Shopping Cart

When you have selected all your items at the cart add any promotional or discount codes that you may have.

Select 'Recalculate' if you have made changes to the cart.

Select 'Checkout' when you have checked the order details and the amount and are ready to proceed with payment.

Step 3 - At the Checkout

At the Checkout, carefully enter the billing and delivery address details. Delivery can be made to a different address than the billing details. Only one delivery address per order.

Ensure you complete all the required fields (those marked with a *) and progress to 'Click here to pay with your credit/debit card'

Step 4 - Making Payment

Enter card details progress to 'Submit Card Details' . Follow the instructions from there.

Step 5 - Receiving Confirmation of your order

You will receive an order confirmation email to advise that your order has been received. Your order will be despatched within 5-7 days, unless otherwise agreed. Please note that orders from the Wedding Selection may take longer to deliver.
